Why Your Digital Product Isn't Selling (And How to Fix It)
Three common reasons digital products flop and the exact steps to turn them around.
You built it. You launched. And... crickets. It's frustrating, but it's also fixable. In my experience coaching dozens of creators, most sales problems boil down to one of three things: unclear offer, weak positioning, or no trust.
First, your offer might be too vague. Instead of 'a productivity course,' try 'a 5-day email course that helps freelance writers land 3k+ retainer clients.' Be specific about the outcome and the audience. Second, your positioning matters. If you're competing on price, you lose. Compete on transformation. Show your ideal customer exactly where they are now and where they'll be after using your product.
Finally, build trust before you ask for the sale. Share behind-the-scenes of your own journey, give away valuable content for free, and collect testimonials early. Implement these three fixes, and you'll see a shift. I've seen it happen in as little as two weeks.
